**This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy—any violation will result in cancellation without refund, immediate removal, and will be reported. Other Details to Note
*There are a lot of stairs on the property. So please use caution when going up and down, especially at night or if you're carrying anything. *Our pool tech visits every Friday morning between 9am-11am. They will come clean the pool and balance the water. We will remind you the evening before of their arrival. -There are no additional pool cleanings offered. -We provide a skimming net and a robotic vacuum for guest use. -The pool is surrounded by trees, so do expect some debris to get into the pool in between cleanings.
