*BEDROOMS* -This home features three bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom equipped with both a tub and a separate shower stall. -The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination. -Designed as a single-level ranch, this property offers stair-free living, with all bedrooms situated on the 1floor. *PARKING* The driveway provides ample parking space for up to three vehicles. *OUTSIDE/BACKYARD* -Chill Out or Cool Down in Our Cowboy Plunge Pool! Take a dip in our 2-foot deep soaking pool—perfect for a refreshing splash on hot days or an ice bath if you're feeling brave! It's open year-round for whenever the mood strikes. **Please cover when not in use for safety. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times around the pool.** -The backyard, fully fenced for privacy and security, is furnished for relaxation and outdoor dining, complete with a BBQ grill. *WASHER/DRYER* -The home comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. *IMPORTANT* We require ALL reservations to sign our Rental Agreement. This will need to be completed in order to receive your door code.

ABSOLUTELY ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SMOKING/VAPING/WEED AND PARTIES. Additional Fees may apply if found violating the policies. Pets are welcomed! (Fees of $50 per pet, per stay. Additional fee may apply for damages caused by the pet.) Please pick up after your pet. Disclaimer- “We get Pest spray done regularly for bugs and other insects as well as the place is professionally cleaned after every stay; however, Mother Nature takes a hold sometimes, especially during summer months and you may see an occasional bug/insects inside the home.
