There are LOTS of things to do within 10minutes of the property! Many restaurants, shopping, grocery located just minutes away in Ballantyne. The home is located a few minutes from Ballantyne Bowl and the Ballantyne Hotel. It is a short drive to anywhere in Pineville, NC. Plus Charlotte Greenways with hiking trails and biking paths (within ~10minutes). We do offer a dedicated workstation + an additional monitor, that makes working from our property super comfortable! Along with our high speed internet, you won't miss a beat. The backyard is fully fenced in and provides ample space for your pets! *Pet Friendly* The Rooms: -The home features a spacious primary bedroom equipped with a queen-sized bed plus an en suite with a standing shower. -There are two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is another full bath with a standing shower. -Designed as a single-level ranch, this property offers stair-free living, with all bedrooms situated on the 1st floor. Washer & Dryer: The home comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Parking: There is a large driveway that you can park 3 full sized cars. * Please do not park in the street.* There is additional parking at the community pool which is a short walk away from the home. *Important* We require ALL reservations to sign our Rental Agreement. This will need to be completed in order to receive your door code.
